Biographies

Head Office is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and consists of four divisions: Corporate; Retail; Franchisee Standards and Relations; Real Estate and Franchising.

Here’s an introduction to some of the key people who contribute to our success:

	Julie Prosak - oversees franchisee standards and relations. Julie joined our firm in 1998 with extensive experience in retailing. She held management positions in both department and drug stores and has been a sales agent and the head of a large wholesale distribution facility. She has extensive knowledge and expertise from her previous positions and has been a key component in our firm's growth and expansion.
	Bryan Okurley - works closely with Ethan in the corporate management of the business. Bryan also oversees the Real Estate and Franchising departments. Bryan’s career started at a major Canadian department store. He then entered the real estate development and management industry. Over a span of 25 years in this industry, Bryan has held various senior management roles. Bryan has been part of the company since Store #1.
	Ethan Posen – is the founder and president of The $1 Store Plus and Only Deals® and oversees the organization. Ethan is also responsible for corporate development and business expansion. Since 1992, he has been the driving force behind the development and growth of The $1 Store Plus and Only Deals.
